his balanced rear angulation, gives a tireless smooth ground

Open Dog:
1st Clarke & Wheatley's Sh Ch/Aust Ch Danari De Beers (Imp
Aust.). Black and White at the top of his game in both ring
presence and showmanship, in super body and coat condition.
Overall I found this dog very difficult to fault both in conformation
and soundness, his head is both harmonious and
masculine with very good eye, mouth & ear placement all giving a
very good alert expression, correct length of neck, good wither
definition on a well balanced & angulated body of very good
height to length ratios, well boned very sound limbs & good feet
which he puts to excellent use in action & portrays a very easy
flowing side gait in profile movement. CC and BOB and Group 3.
Breed Judge – Nick Grosvenor.
Group 3: Clarke & Wheatley's, Sh
Ch/Aust Ch Danari De Beers (Imp Aust). Border Collie of
excellent quality and type, good on the move, correct
construction.

Belfast Dog Show Society - September 2010
A small quality entry. How this breed has come to a high level
of excellence in such a short time. Gone are the days when you
could find a number of different types. Enthusiasts have given
time and dedication to have the high class examples we have
today. My notes are brief on individual dogs, but suffice to say
all my winners were good classy dogs, representing the breed for
type, quality and soundness. DCC and Best of Breed was Sh
Ch/Aust Ch Danari De Beers. I judged him recently when I gave
him a second Group placement. He is a World Class Dog and at his
peak,
I was sorry he was unable to represent the Breed in the Group,
as I understand he was second earlier in the day, in the
Champion Stakes. Open Dog: Two great representatives of the breed, could win anywhere, their records speak for themselves, they don’t come much better than this. 1st Clarke & Wheatley's Sh Ch/Aust Ch Danari De Beers, CC and BoB. Breed Judge – Jean Lanning, JP
Darlington Dog Show Society
- September 2010
Open Dog: 1st Clarke & Wheatley's Sh Ch/Aust Ch Danari De Beers
(Imp Aust.). Masculine without exaggeration, strength to head,
defined stop, soft eye, broad skull, arched neck, clean front,
shape to ribs, level back, gentle slope to croup & definition to
quarters, sound action, A1 construction. CC, BoB, Group 1 and
RBIS. Breed Judge – Stuart Mallard.
Group 1 was the Border Collie, Sh Ch/Aust Ch Danari De Beers
(Imp Aust.), has previously had a G2 from me, he is probably now
approaching his best & the extra maturity shines through. I very
much like his head with all its excellent properties well laid
out & no hint of exaggeration, his neck is clean & his shoulders
well laid, developed ribcage with a firm topline & best of
tailsets &
carriage, add onto this well muscled and defined quarters which
allow him to display his excellent balance in action.
Group Judge – Rodney Oldham.
City of Birmingham - September 2010
Open Dog: Excellent class full of quality males who all stood
their ground with aplomb. As in Limit Dog there was quite a
diversity of type but all most attractive in their varying
degrees.
1st Clarke & Wheatley's Sh Ch/Aust Ch Danari De Beers (Imp
Aust.). I have followed this Antipodeans’ career with quite an
interest since arriving from Australia. I have judged in
Australia & know how easy it is for dogs to be titled going on
their points system, but this lad clearly merited his status, as
he has done in the UK. I was so glad to have the opportunity to
judge him, he has flown the flag with great credit, as his many
top successes have proved, so I enjoyed the chance to dig deep &
find out for myself. Bred in the purple, he has that panache and
ring presence that makes Champions, something you can’t breed
for. Such a quality head, super balance and most beautiful but
masculine eye & expression, with that glint of arrogance,
superbly presented & handled, possesses good strong neck,
terrific overall make and shape, well covered muscular body,
strong in loin, well boned strong legs & tight feet, excellent
rear angulation allowing him that effortless drive from the
rear, very good side extension, as sound as you can get, headed
a super class. CC his 11th and BOB. Breed
Judge – Geoff Duffield.
The two top classes in both the dogs and bitches were full of
quality stock with some going cardless.
Open Dog:
1st Clarke & Wheatley's Sh Ch/Aust Ch Danari De Beers (Imp
Aust.), of lovely type & overall balance, this dog has the good
looks, but still has the look of a dog capable of a good days
work. Lovely smooth clean head, well carried so sound in bone &
body, all well covered and in a good double coat which fits his
lovely shape, in top order, he is very responsive to his owner's
commands and looks a picture standing in profile & moves as one
would expect from his sound conformation.
CC, BOB and Group 2.
